Provides seed capital and management expertise

Helps secure additional gap funding partners (e.g., Angels, TETF)
Arranges for follow-on equity funding and manages the transition process to a more permanent management team
Identifies exit opportunities; negotiates downstream agreements (e.g., industry participants, venture firms)
