ALPHADEV FELLOW AND ASSOCIATE PROGRAM

The AlphaDev Fellow and Associate Program attracts ambitious individuals who have or are pursuing a post-graduate degree and have a strong desire to gain first hand experience in life science entrepreneurship. AlphaDev Fellows work directly with our managed companies for periods of one to two years, performing a wide range of management duties.

AlphaDev employs / engages for a stipend OR academic credit, often on a part-time or consultancy basis, both Fellows and Associates to supplement its permanent management team. Fellows are typically one or two-year positions which allow individuals with technical training (such as post-docs, researchers, patent attorneys or others) to immerse themselves into a junior management training role often with visibility and direct responsibility for significant elements of project deliverables.

Associates are typically summer or other shorter-duration assignments tied to specific project objectives. For the past three years, AlphaDev has employed over twenty Associates during the summer and fall months from several prestigious universities across the United States, some of whom continue to work part-time on AlphaDev projects as they return to school.
